Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, color, or size, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your order. Send your order ID and clear photos so we can help quickly.
Size Exchange
Size exchange may be possible if the item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and still in good condition. Exchange depends on stock availability.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene reasons, used, washed, damaged by customer handling, or sale-final items may not be accepted for return or exchange.
Change or Cancel Order
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us quickly. Once the order is prepared or delivered, changes may not be possible.
